By using this website or submitting an estimate request, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit a request.

2. About Proper Paint Co.

Proper Paint Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides residential and commercial interior painting, exterior painting, and deck restoration services in Burlington, Massachusetts and surrounding Greater Boston communities.

3. Estimate requests

Submitting the estimate form or calling us is a request for information only. It is not a binding agreement, quote, or reservation of scheduling. A final scope of work, price, and timeline are confirmed separately, in writing, before any work begins.

Estimates are based on the information and access provided at the time of the estimate and may change once the property is inspected in person.
We aim to respond to submitted requests promptly, but response time is not guaranteed.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and a reasonably accurate description of the project.

4. Scheduling and property access

Once a project is confirmed, scheduling depends on weather, crew availability, and reasonable access to the property. Significant changes to scope, access, or surface condition discovered once work begins may affect the price and timeline; we will discuss any such changes with you before proceeding.

5. Payment

Payment terms, deposits, and accepted payment methods are agreed upon separately for each confirmed project and are not established by this website.

6. Workmanship

We stand behind the quality of our work. Any specific warranty on labor or materials for a given project is provided separately in writing at the time the project is confirmed, and does not cover damage from normal wear, pre-existing conditions, or causes outside our control.

7. Website use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to submit false, misleading, or abusive information through the estimate form. We may decline to respond to a request at our discretion.

8. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, and design of this website belong to Proper Paint Co. unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

This website and the information on it are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Proper Paint Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
